EU AFFAIRS
Save the Children — Institutional Engagement (EIB Group)
Atland prepared a strategic assessment of how Save the Children’s priorities relate to the instruments and thematic focus of the European Investment Bank. We identified opportunities for structured cooperation, analysed relevant entry points and provided recommendations for how future engagement with the EIB Group could be framed through formal institutional channels.
New Education Forum — EU Affairs
Atland supports the New Education Forum in strengthening its European presence. Our work includes advising on strategy, preparing annual policy recommendations, facilitating relationships with the European Parliament, the European Commission, the EESC, the Committee of the Regions and national authorities, and moderating high-level policy discussions in Brussels and other capitals.
Pomeranian Employers — Institutional Representation
As proxy to EU institutions for one of Poland’s largest employer confederations, Atland maintains their institutional relations, interprets policy developments relevant to member companies, cooperates with the Pomeranian Brussels Office and strengthens the organisation’s visibility in European discussions and events.
Wunderflats — EU Affairs
Atland advised Wunderflats on how their work intersects with European debates on housing policy, integration frameworks and digital public services. We supported engagement with EU platforms, participation in relevant events and the positioning of the Helfende Wände initiative in the European institutional environment.
PUBLIC FUNDING
InvirtuoLabs — Public Funding Strategy
Atland works with InvirtuoLabs to develop their European funding strategy in health innovation and AI, coordinate multi-country collaboration and advise on proposal development. This includes identifying suitable programmes, shaping concepts, securing a Eurostars label, and strengthening relations with InnoSuisse, SETI and EIT Health to align the company’s work with European and national priorities.
IRMO — Horizon Proposal Development
Atland supported IRMO in positioning their thematic work within the priorities of Horizon Europe. We helped refine project ideas, advised on relevant calls, connected the institute with suitable partners and contributed to the preparation of proposals oriented toward multi-country cooperation.
OSCE / Aarhus Centres — Funding Sustainability
Atland helped the OSCE strengthen the fundraising capacity of Aarhus Centres across Eastern Europe, the Balkans and Central Asia. Our work included a workshop at OSCE headquarters in Vienna, an assessment of long-term funding possibilities and the creation of an online course tailored to the Centres’ operational realities and sustainability objectives.
ADEC Innovations — EU Market Access (Funding Dimension)
ADEC Innovations engaged Atland to understand EU priorities, funding mechanisms and cooperation models relevant to their sustainability solutions. We prepared an assessment of European opportunities, advised on an EU implementation strategy and supported the company in establishing initial partnerships that enabled their participation in a European R&D consortium under an ITEA4 initiative.

Femxa Group — Partnership Development
Atland supported Femxa in expanding their European cooperation network,identifying relevant partners and engaging in public funding opportunities. This long-term cooperation strengthened Femxa’s participation in multi-country projects and facilitated their integration into initiatives coordinated by organisations within Atland’s ecosystem.
Amica — Partnership Development
Atland helps Amica enhance their European partnerships, connect with relevant networks and participate in initiatives related to social innovation and inclusion. Our work includes identifying cooperation opportunities, linking them with European actors and supporting their visibility in EU-level dialogues and events.
InvirtuoLabs — Consortium Building
Beyond funding strategy, Atland assists InvirtuoLabs in building relationships with research, clinical and technological partners across Europe, facilitating their integration into multi-country innovation ecosystems.
New Education Forum — Cross-Border Cooperation
Atland contributes to the growth of NEF’s European community by supporting cooperation across regions and sectors, designing stakeholder engagement processes and strengthening the Forum’s capacity to collaborate internationally.
