Consortia management and facilitation
Femxa Group approached us to help them increase the number of strong partners for EU-funded projects. Through a combination of rigorous research, partner engagement and strategic partnerships, we were able to help Femxa increase access to EU funding. The project has had a significant positive impact on the skills development of hundreds of people in Spain.
Fundraising plan for the Aarhus Centres - OSCE
The OSCE contracted us to help them increase the fundraising impact of their Aarhus Centres Network. Using an innovative capacity building approach, we organised a workshop that helped the Aarhus Centres understand the real results of their work and its potential monetisation. Based on our recommendations, they were able to make a strategic adjustment in their fundraising approach, which resulted in an even greater impact in the following years.
Impact investment in Europe
Purpose Venture Capital partnered with us to explore the potential of impact investing to drive social and environmental change. We worked closely with them to identify promising investment opportunities that aligned with their values, objectives and investment criteria. Together we were able to successfully deliver a number of impact investments that have generated significant social and financial returns.
