Jorge Gimeno Pawlowski
Director, expert in business development, consortia management and social impact assessment. He completed his studies in marketing, social innovation and sustainability in Spain and the UK.
Jorge has experience in public and private fundraising and impact measurement of projects and organisations. He has been working in the international field of social economy for 20 years.
Sertac Yeltekin
Senior Advisor, Impact Investment. Sertac has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector as a senior manager and consultant. His international experience spans a wide range of executive positions in the corporate and consulting worlds: banking, management consulting, asset management, management education and private equity with a focus on ESG and influencer investing. Sertac has always easily crossed geographical and thematic boundaries in Asia, Europe and the United States. He is a facilitator, integrator and seeker of common denominators between cultures, functions and disciplines.
Maria Urbanska
Maria Urbańska is a project manager at Atland Consulting with experience in coordinating international projects focused on education, capacity building, and financial sustainability. She graduated from London South Bank University with a Business Management and Marketing BA. Her expertise includes project management, financial sustainability and fundraising, market research and analysis as well as data analysis and reporting.
Marzena Dąbrowska
Senior Advisor, Finance and Audit. Our expert in financial and social responsibility. Marzena has over 20 years of experience in finance in the education, social welfare and regional development sectors. She has in-depth knowledge in public and private auditing and project budgeting, including structural budgeting for consortia.
Rubén García Colsa
Virtual assistant specialising in technology solutions for entrepreneurs with WordPress, automation and use of Artificial Intelligence. Currently working on podcasting and online video editing.
He has worked with entrepreneurs, NGOs, social economy entities and public administrations both in the design and implementation of the digital part of the projects and in the mature phases of the business.
He puts all his experience in digital identity management and online work at the service of Atland and our clients.
Antonina Kondrat
Senior Advisor, cultural facilitation. She studied Polish Philology at the Jagiellonian University and fashion design at SAPU. In 2022 she created her clothing brand and her first collection inspired by the shape of the Japanese kimono. She has been involved in the coordination of EU-wide networks of cultural, heritage and design projects. She is the creative soul at Atland.
